BETTER MADE IN MICHIGAN: THE SALTY STORY OF DETROIT’S BEST CHIP by Karen Dybis
In addition to reading the first chapter titled “Potato Peddlers”, I also read the Acknowledgements and “Prologue: Oil, Salt and Potatoes.”
Verdict – 👍🏻
As a lifelong Michigander, I always enjoy learning more about the state, cool places, and interesting people. This first chapter provided all of that and more with a focus on the history of potato chips in Detroit.
